Verizon is the worst phone and internet company there is I said goodbye to sir charge and it is the best thing i ever did. The service is horrible my internet kept going out Iwould call them and get the run around. I would get passed on from operator to operator explaining my problem and they would say hold on and pass me to another operator. I went through this 12 times. I would ask for a supervisor and they were dumber than the operators. I switched to time warner and i never have a problem. verizon stinks. read full review »
