I was in need of a new phone and eligIble for an upgrade. The phone I ordered was put on back order. After waiting a while for that one we contacted Customer Service and cancelled that order. We were told that we would get a better deal if we ordered the next phone online. So, we did that. Then received an email saying that we needed to contacts Customer Service, which we did.
