Ordered a camera lens...sent the wrong lens...returned at my expense for an exchange following verbal instructions to do so by store representative and the package was refused so sent back to me. When we called to inquire, the store representative suggested I simply exhange the lens at a local camera store (business not related to the online company I purchased the lens from), then told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company...pitiful! read full review »
