I had a game card and the final date was on the 3rd, with a 1 day credit to the 4th.for there servers going down for 3 days that month. They shut my card off on the 3rd rather than the 4th. Then there reply that took 5 days for them to reply back went into day 6 for them to say that it was turned of at 1.30 am. on the 4th, problem is I dont know where they had this time, because my game card exspired on me about 6pm the 3rd. So maybe they taking the time from china? or new zeland? wasnt american time. because 6 west coast is only 11? east coast. and who the hell credits you not a day as they had said but a hour and a half? read full review »
