I contacted this store the deliver a printer that I had sold to a person in another state. The printer was large and heavy and I wanted it to be delivered with the best care possible. My first big mistake was thinking that UPS cares at all about the packages they ship and the care even less about what the UPS Stores do. I told the Owner/Manager Harsh Kalra that I wasn't concerned with the cost of shipping the printer just wanted it to arrive undamaged!!
