I have been a customer of pch, make full payments on line in time. I keep getting news letters telling me to watch for a winner in my viewing area, and could be "possibly" me...nothing. I watch the news everyday at noon and at 6 o'clock faithfully even on weekends, unable to do some things. Mentally handicaped (caused by cerebal hemotoma), then I get a letter informing me that they will be having another on in January.
