I ordered the CD for Spanish, was very surprised that it was only on Cd. It was not the product I expected. I called several numbers, 866-841-8740, 800-591-2457 and 1-800-949-6880. I stated I wanted to return it, I was charged on 11/23/2009 for $1.00, then charged $5.95 on 11/23/2009 and then charged $79.95 on 12/07/2009. The young lady stated I could get a partial refund of $55.00 because it was not within the 18 day trial period.
