The customer care of BOA is far below the standards. This is the worst customer care to which I have spoken to in recent times. I tried to register into privacy assist program of BOA to monitor my cards. I provided all the information to the rep over the phone. I did not receive any information from them after that. Now, when i contact the customer care through email (since I am not getting proper answer through phone), they say that is not possible.
