I am currently approaching six months while living in this community. First impressions really matter, but I had no idea the extent. When applying to live here I walked into the office and was immediately taken back by the smell. The woman behind the desk looked like a groupie from the 80's. Professionalism was seriously lacking from the get go. Cats were all over the place, and crawling on the desk when I was trying to sign papers.
