On multiple occassions myself and several of my coworkers have parked in the public parking lot owned by Central Parking Systems at 22nd and Stout in Denver. On over 15 occassions the lot attendant ticketed my vehicle when I had placed payment in the payment slot. Since no receipt is given, either the lot attendant pockets the cash and writes a ticket or submits the payment to Central Parking and still writes a ticket.
