I am trying to cancel my Karate contract and have yet to hear back from this company. They are very difficult to deal with. The representatives are rude and disrespectful. I finally spoke with someone who told me that if I had sufficient documentation in the contract would be canceled and I would not be charged another month since I have paid the last months tuition, have been unable to attend classes and submitted the necessary paperwork in due time.
