Cancelled membership in september, and continued to bill my bank account for 3 months. I called to complain and was told they would refund 1 month and have to get authotization for the other 2 months. I said 1 month was fine. 31 days later no response.When I contacted Nase I was told they did not approve a refund for the fradulent charge.
