As others have said, I received a 12 oz bag of 'Seattle's Best' coffee and a travel mug. Called them. THey acknowledged their error, and said they would refund my credit card the two charges of around $80 it had been billed. They haven't committed a crime that I could see. But the intent here, it seems to me, is to do this enough times that they aren't called to cancel the order every time.
