TIMN estimated that they would deliver our things in 9 weeks. We finally received everything 17 weeks later. Almost all our furniture and pictures were damaged. Throughout the process they failed to answer our questions or communicate honestly. Even though we bought insurance and have filed a claim for our damaged goods, they will not honor it. We would have been better off if we had just smashed our boxes in the street instead of moving them. I hope I can warn people from making the same mistake I made. Do not use TIMN! read full review »
