I am extremely dissatisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty (nose surgery). Dr. Barnett performed the surgery according to what he believed would be best, i.e. did not listen to me. He narrowed the bridge of my nose; and the tip, the part I wanted reduced, actually came out larger due to the formation of scar tissue. My nose is even more disproportionate now. I have no idea why he narrowed the bridge of my nose.
