company sent wrong lenses despite having the right prescription details and specs. I had paid $329 for the wrong item. When approached they said they could not send the right lenses until I paid an additional $175 even though they acknowledged it is their fault. When I phoned them, I was told by Tony Russo, the manager, that "it was an idiotic order; it was his error he would handle, but why did I live in Dubai, with all the sand niggers?" Such immature and unprofessional language has never been experienced by me before - I am absolutely stunned that this guy continues to be in business! read full review »
