Toys R Us is the worst ever. I thought I purchased a new Play Station 2...When I opened it at home it was a used/broken one. I took it back immediately with receipt and they said, "tough luck." They basically accused me of making a switch. I spoke to a supervisor, manager, and someone in the corporate level. I was the victim here and was made out to be a criminal . It is criminal that they have my $140 and I have nothing. They treated me very rudely and had no concern on what happened to the merchandise somewhere along the way. The preferred to put the blame on me. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO EITHER! read full review »
