I recently tried to book True Blue award travel on Jet Blue. I was told by their customer service several times throughout the week that the award seats on many of their flights weren't loaded because of a computer glitch. I finally received an email from Jet Blue customer service on 1/3 saying that all award flights were finally loaded. There was still no availability (between PIT and SEA in late June) so I called customer service again.
