I ordered a poster from them in mid 2008. It was not clear at this time that this was a recurrent charge. I was surprised when I received recurrent posters the following month since I didn't request them, they were of poor quality and were nothing I would want. I cancelled the recurrent "membership" which I didn't even authorize and returned the posters. They never refunded the $128 they charged me but happily accepted the returns.
