Returned shoes as they were not a true 10.5 US sizing. Wanted to buy a more expensive shoe...but since I paid with PayPal funds, they could not sell me a different shoe, and my monies paid will take up to SIX WEEKS to be refunded!!! So know what you are getting into with this company, I will no longer deal with Zappos or any other companies they are partners with. A totaly unsatisfied customer!!! read full review »
