Fraudulant charges made to my credit card account for a book I ordered as a gift, then was signed up, WITHOUT my authorization, for a $19.95 month Membership fee. When I called after repeatedly asking about the money that was taken without my consent the story kept changing about the amount I could be refunded. First it was 19.95 and they would cancell my subscription, then it was $20.00 finally it went to $40.00, of the $140.00 they owe me. I will be pursuing this MUCH farther. read full review »
