I have had a financed vehicle with WestLake for 3 years and have been treated very poorly 90% of the time. This last time I spoke to Jay Rodriguez (probley not a real name)he was upset because I was $60.00 short on a payment and went on about if I wasn't concerned about late fees well then he should just double them and what kind of person am I to need a sub-prime lender and that I was not even smart enough to know my own interest rate.
