Very displeased to see unauthorized accruing charges.. contacted last month, and takes 3 billing cycles to clear.. which means it is still being charged to date. Then another OAN email stock service bill hit the verizon acct, in addition to the voice mail that is currently contested and disputed. Will call again tomorrow... I don't really understand why Verizon allows this OAN to use their company to include this type of charges in the same statement as verizon is. Is Verizon receiving commission for billing this to rip-off customer? It is definitely not right to treat their loyal customer... read full review »
