What a complete failure in customer service, distribution, and other issues. I have had an order in to avrato for the upgrade since june. They sent the order to a wrong address, since then they placed a new order for me. 47 calls, 34 emails later I have not received the Windows 7 upgrade yet, it has been over a months and a half for the second order total time was since june, release date was october 23.
