I went in for 2 tires on the front. Salesman John checked the mileage and tires . During an hour of waiting John proceeds to show me the radiator cap saying "If we had done this it would not look like this". I replied "The last time I had tires put on one of the lug nuts was not even screwed in". The car was finished, I paid and left only to return with a shimming in the frontend.
