Purchased a grill from Charbroil. It is still in warranty and they are not satisfying my problem. Tried to get results by email. ISP says their address is not good. [email protected] When I try to contact them again on website, it is down for maintenance. The regulator on the propane grill is faulty. I have attempted the remedies they suggested and they do not work. The grill will not heat up enough to cook. Lowe's sold me the grill and the man at Lowe's told me there was a problem with the grill regulator in his opinion. read full review »
