I had an appointment for Dec 9 between 1-5. Gave them three phone numbers to call. No one showed up to do the repairs. Called at 5:10 to see where repairman was..was told he came at 1 PM and left tag on my front door--which was a lie. I was here and no one ever came to the door or tried to call. They said they could come out next morning between 8-12 I said OK. At 12:10 I called to see where the repair guy is and they said they have me down for next Monday Dec 14. I said this is totally unacceptable and that I would never do business with them... read full review »
