Last year I used my Charter One 'points' to order gift cards for Christmas - it was perfect! Tried the same this year only to discover I had ZERO points...I called figuring there MUST be a mistake. No, No mistake - I needed to PAY $25.00 to belong to their rewards program! How is that a reward?
