I ordered the trial offer for $2.87 on 12/9/09 and called to cancel the order the next day. Used the automatic cancellation and then realized when I received the cancellation E-Mail that they charging me $19.41. Called right away and was told "no Refund" since by cancelling automatic I agreed to this charge. They absolutly refuse to refund this $19.41. I call this stealing from a customer, who changed her mind. Maybe we dissatisfied customers should file a Lawsuit and get them out of business. E.Stevens. texas read full review »
