We purchased a straight talk phone and card at Walmart. Took it outside and attempted to scratch the black off the pin number area to see the pin. The black came off but so did the pin numbers. Went back into Walmart and was informed very rudely at customer service that the cards are not refundable as stated on the packaging. Went home and called the Straight Talk customer service after 1 hour of broken English run arounds the lady told me very rudely that we had lost the $45.00 because without a pin there would be no service.
