I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN!!!We bought a heat and air package back in 2007, when we went to turn on the KENMORE FURANCE it wouldnt work, so they sent someone, they had to order a part (REALLY) come on its brand new and it needs a new part.got it working and then around thanksgiving it kept coming on then off again and blew out cold air we called and it would take 24-48hrs for a person to call us and when the man did called he was busy and he couldnt be until 2 days later and it was 20 degree out, finally on dec 7 2007 they fix it, oh... read full review »
