I signed up with Bankcard Empire on Sept 23, 2009 for 150.00 plus 19.95 month. I have recently attempted to call the numbers on the transactions only to find out that the are bogus numbers. On Dec 3, 2009 I found a transaction for 21.88 on my bankcard from Whataburger in Scottsdale, AZ. I live in Grapeland, Texas, and I have not been to AZ in many years. Then I noticed another transaction for 268.88 to Yakety Yak wireless in Scottsdale, AZ. Both transactions were done on Dec. 2, 2009.
