This is the worst service and equipment I have ever seen. I have had Tivo with DirecTV for over 5 years but wanted to switch to a "complete package deal" to save money. I switched to Time Warner for Phone, Internet, and Cable. What a mistake! The phone and internet are fine but the Motorola DVR equipment is a mess. I have been with TWC for 3 months and have had to replace the DVR 4 times. Each time, I get a supervisor which credits me ONE DAY to accommodate.
