Last week, I was reviewing the charges posted to my bank debit card account and found a $79.00 charge posted on 12/02/09 from Seattle Coffee Direct which I never authorized or ordered. I called the toll-free number at least 10 times and could not get through to an agent. I was requested to leave a message but I did not. I even called my bank and initiated a fraud investigation.
