Have an extended warranty on heat pump, they have seiral numbers in system, yet refuse to, honor warranty because, installer put our billing address on invoice, and nothing about new construction, (we were waiting for the county to asign us an 911 address ) Pretty damm cold TOday without heat! read full review »
