Sirs, Rarly do I check my credit card statements, however, on this occasion I was surprised to find that you have been charging me $19.95 a month for the past five months. I have not authorized this charge and request a refund of these charges and cease charging me from this writing. As a matter of fact I have not purchased any thing from your company.
