I signed up a contract with custom built in october of 2008, I was never assigned a trainer for long because they were treated so badly that they would eitheR quit or fired at a moment's notice. My schedule kept getting messed-up so I sent a letter asking for my contract to be cancelled. I was told that I would have to pay either 10% of yhe contrat which was $90.00 or $ 250.00.
