when the delivery men brought my refrigerator, they didn't remove a couple screws and they damaged my kitchen floor. well accidents happen. that was in oct/09. i was suppose to get a check when i settled in 7 days. this was around thanksgiving. no check, when i called they said i needed to send the release paper again, i did immediately, the lady said i should have the check in about 5 days. 2 more wks roll around no check. i am fed up. no one ever backs up what they say. what happened to a company's word is their bond. read full review »
