Due to this economy, like everyone else I have fallen behind. In my attempts to deal with the customer service with Wachovia I have found them to be very unprofessional and uncaring. Recently they sent a gentleman of large stature and of color to my home, this gentleman proceeded to beat down on my door to the point it about failed. The slamming on the door woke my daughters' baby and scared her to the point that she was concerned and scared to open the door.
