We have a problem with CVS too. We neede the prescription and we were supposed to pick it up on Wednesday aroung 21 p.m. but it is Thursday 9:oo p.m. and after repeated calls and a visit to the CVS, we are unable to get our prescription. Any time we call CVS, we get the response that the doctor has not called in for the prescription. We spoke to doctor 4 times and they told us that they have already ordered the prescription.
