I submitted an online inquiry for a personal loan and was contacted by a loan officer named Andre Baker to say I'd been approved for a $5000 loan at an extremely reasonable interest rate. He explained to me that due to my less than perfect credit, that I'd have to provide up front the 1st 6 months of loan payment.
