Provia refuses to refund shipping costs. In advance, I paid for shipping twice. I paid to have the product shipped to me and again to have the product shipped back to them. Now, they have their product and I'm out of $30 for shipping and handling. I want Provida to refund the FULL amount that I paid to them. They are not entitled to keep my shipping costs. read full review »
