I had relations with JRP in Baltimore for over a year. Their use of inspirational talks and encouragement is all a way to shield what they REALLY care about---your money. Do they bring in agents and managers? Yes. However I NEVER saw any jobs, money, or even real opportunities come from it. The auditions are just to get you in front of people and learn the "auditioning techniques" which are basically saying a :15 second commercial and walking out.
