I have been a loyal customer with Firstmark Credit Union and have banked with them 15 years. I have always utilized their direct deposit option. For the 2nd time in my history with this bank I over drafted with 3 purchases all under $20. I was charged $25 for each same day purchase. I explained to the representative that when I went online to check my account, I had available funds. This was a common error we all have made.
