I entered into a contract to buy a property in May 2009. This property went from a straight sale, to a AS IS, to a Short Sale. Now to I dont qualify for a mortgage as of November 2009, after being pre qualified for $250, 000 in May 2009. I worked in ILLINOIS and commuted my assigment was completed in July 2009 at which time I thought I would have been moving in to my new home only to have closing date after closing changes and then to be told by Bank of America you must show proof of employment to get the loan and that is a FHA requirement... read full review »
