I have been trying to contact this company every since I ordered uggs from them. They give no reply to my THREE emails and do not give a phone number that you can call. This is so frustrating since I want the boots I ordered as a gift for my granddaughter and don't know if this company is a scam or what. Who doesn't give a phone number for customers to call with questions??? Also, why no reply to my THREE emails. I just want some assurance that I will be getting the boots.
