I had ordered a set of the coin bears on a promotional sale on the television and received a couple sets, and then was charged for the entire set and did not recieve them all. I called and was guaranteed I would recieve them by Christmas fo 2009, because they were going to be a present. I then recieved a card stating they were on backorder and my account would not be charged again until my order was up to date.
