These people are like a RASH that WON'T GO AWAY!!! After three separate requests to STOP my memberships and STOP billing my credit card they continue to bill me. They give me confirmation numbers each time and then the "conveniently" lose the record, so there are no records of my cvalls to cancel. And Citi Bank is just as bad - I ask them to STOp charging to my account, and they say "Sorry, Talk to the Vendor." And for this I get to pay them interest.
