Lots of hidden fees, then they never give you a copy of the contract. They wouldn't accept a sale because they said that the amount was too large for my account. The customer service manager was rude when I tried to work out accepting a $3500 cc payment for a furnace. They said our cap was $2000.00 They denied our payment. Ever had a customer try to pay and tell them you cannot accept that much from them? We went to cancel at that time since our time was not up, and they said it would cost $300.
