What an absolute rip-off. These people are criminals. No invoice in the envelope with the shipment. The email address is fake. Have tried calling the phone number so many times I can't remember how many - have never reached a person. I have now turned it over to my bank after I canceled my card so that they couldn't charge any more shipments to it. Please write everyone you can think of and tell them not to deal with this company. How they are still in business I have no idea. read full review »
